Boundaries, Parcel Maps, Final Maps, Records of Survey, Plat Maps and Descriptions.

Boundary: Daniel & Gore LLC can research the necessary documents, confirm field monumentation and give the final boundary location relative to the surrounding properties, as well as any easement(s) related to the subject property. (Preliminary Title Report furnished by client is required)

Parcel Maps: Daniel & Gore LLC will coordinate with the client to produce Parcel Maps for any development use. We are well versed in the zoning requirements of most cities and/or counties and have extensive knowledge of environmental requirements, including CEQA.

Final Maps: Daniel & Gore LLC has decades of experience filing final maps, implementing field monumentation for record, coordination of easement considerations and county recordation.

Records of Survey: If you plan to develop your property (or properties) in any way, a Record of Survey would usually be the foundation of Survey Mapping to begin with. Some private properties can benefit from a Record of Survey, especially if the owner(s) plan to make future improvements, even without subdividing the property.

Plat Maps and Descriptions: Daniel & Gore LLC has worked closely with most cities, counties, developers, industrial development specialists and agencies to record easements for every conceivable use. We have even produced Plats and Descriptions for many private land owners for all kinds of land use reasons.
